Not getting quarantine emails

Hello,
I have configured quarantine for some users and set the notification emails to go out daily at 04:00. They are not being delivered.
Any ideas? I have been through the admin guide on quarantine and everything looks fine.

I had this problem after applying one of the Patch updates. Check your Notification Settings in Quarantine on the Settings tab. We had to change it to HTML only from Multipart. Appearantly a bug.
