Endpoint Protection

hi;

i would like to know, why is antivirus status, firewall status, sonar status, download protection status, Network Intrusion Prevention, Browser Intrusion Prevention IE, Browser Intrusion Prevention FF, and Tamper Protection Status "not installed". It will happen for a couple to months after it is being stalled on the system. thanks for any help!

do you see any of the services stopped on the client system?

yes! if not all, some of the services were stoped

if Autoprotect is stopped, there is chance that download, SONAR , AV will shows the message.

Are you using 12.1 or 12.1 RU1?

Same problem for us.. we are to see all the features in client console.. but when we generate the client report we are seeing that Network Intrusion Prevention  is not installed.

But NTP and IPS definitions are up to date.. We are using SEPM 12.1 RU1 and 11.0.6300.803 for clients..
