I am not receiving my daily or weekly reports from Symantec, I did change my password a coupl of weeks ago, but I did reflect the change in the e mail server properties. Everytime I try to send a test e mail it fails as pictured. Ideas?
Are you using a relay server or the built-in one in SEPM?
if using a relay, can you check its log to see what's going on?
The one built into SEPM, I put in all of the credentials of my exchange server and my account information which has Domain admin rights.
Try putting in the relay server name by FQDN or by IP address
Does it work if you try to send it over SSL port with option: "Require the server to use a secure connection (SSL)"?
I did, it did not go anywhere. I can send reports ok, but can not complete that test.
No, fails even faster.
And you also added port 25 (or whatever you use?)
In SEPM 11.x you didn't need to add the port (unless you used a different one) but now it requires it
hmm, under user name and password are you putting the account details of the account on the email server? - you mentioned the domain account? - have a look here:

Would seem something changed on your relay server because SEPM can't talk to it. Does your relay server require a different set of creds?
