  • 1.  Not seeing -- added header

    HI 

     

    I am working with Symantec Messaging Gateway 10.5.4-4.   If I create a email filtering  policy with a action of - Add Header.  If the policy gets invoked - I never see added header inserted/added to the message headers for that email.

     

    Any Ideas?

    Have you verified that the policy triggered correctly by reviewing the message audit log entry for that specific email?
