Workflow Soluiton

I have created a workflow for change management approval and it works as intended when testing/ debugging. When published to the server, it will complete the first dialog by letting the user fill-in the form and submit it but it doesn't send the email to the approver in the second step of the workflow for review and approval. Where am i going wrong?

Hard to tell without seeing your model.  Do you have exception handling?  You might try looking at the configration and logging tool and turn your logging on your process to ALL.  Then run it and see if there are any errors.  Good luck.
