Hi,

Thanks for contacting us about this error message. The message team will create a description and solution for it and publish it to the Symantec Operations Readiness Tools (SORT) website.

If you find any other missing messages, here's a tip that will ensure the correct people see your request immediately. When you search on SORT and the error message is not there, SORT displays this message:

No results found. The submitted error code is not likely in our database. Describe the issue and we will reply as soon as possible.

Do the following:

  1. Click the "Describe the issue" link.
  2. Enter the details of your problem and your email address.
  3. Click Send.

Your request will immediately go to the message team. We do check the forums, but sending a request from SORT gets your information to us even faster.

We'll contact you when the message is complete.
