If anyone can help me resolve this problem I would greatly appreciate it. When I receive the notification reports via email either on my Blackberry or Outlook, the reports are not formated correctly and thus are unreadable. I have check to make sure that outlook is configured correctly for html and I have search with no success. Can someone point me in the right directing to correct this issue. Here is a sample:

This seems similar to your thread here: http://forums.altiris.com/mess...id=54479&enterthread=y

Did Dominique's suggestions not help?

Dominique's suggestions did not help. The email are generated by the notification server and I am receiving them on my Blackberry in the same format. I have search the config for formating with no success. In addition, this is not a helpdesk problem.

Thanks,

Fair enough. Looking at one kb (the majority of email answers come from Helpdesk) https://kb.altiris.com/article.asp?article=26305&p=1, it seems to indicate an issue receiving html mails. Also, even if Helpdesk isn't installed, many of these type of messages get routed through Alert Manager.

I checked my Exchange server and the POP3 message format was set to plain text. In addition, I set the Internet message format under global settings to plain text as well and I still receive messages from the notification server in the same format. I will try to find some white paper on the Alert manager to see if there is a setting that can correct the problem.

Thanks for your help...

Did you manage to solve the

Did you manage to solve the problem? I have exactly the same issue.
I do not know the configuration of Notification Server but maybe it is simillar to the Configuration of Helpdesk and there is a possibility to choose format of the outgoing emails from NS? If not maybe the email template can be adopted? Any ideas?
