    how do i get my reassigned incident rule to send an email to the person who the ticket is getting reassigned to?

    You need to modify the Notify Rule.

    1. Admin > Notify Rules > List Notify Rules
    2. Click 'Incident reassigned' then click the Edit pencil
    3. Under Sent to, place a checkbox in the To column next to Assigned worker
    4. Click OK to save
