Notification Server 6.0.6074 and 2008 AD

I'm struggling to find my answer to this and hope that someone can help me. We are running NS 6.0.74 with Directory Connector 6.1.842. We are getting ready to upgrade our domain to 2008 AD and I need to know if Altiris will continue to function as far as the AD communication goes. I've found an article that indicates that I need to have the "Active Directory Connector 6.1 Hotfix 49882". How do I know what level of hotfix I have? Also, in my version of NS, it's called "Directory Connector". Is this the same thing?

It is odd that this very integral component of Altiris is so hard to determine what version you have. In some cases, it shows up in the Solution Center's "Currently Installed" tab. In some cases it also will show up when you look at Add/Remove Programs control panel. You can download the file directly from the old Altiris "Solution Sam" site:
