    Hello Everyone,

    I have a problem with the recent Altiris NS Upgrade that I've done. I have built a server in parallel. I've installed all solutions, exported collection rules from the old server to the new one. I am able to see collections in all solutions except Patch Management on the new server. When I click View-->Solutions-->Patch Management-->Collections..it is blank on the right window pane. I am not sure why this is happening. I have attached some screenshots.

    I believe the info i've given here is just not enough to do any troubleshooting but I was wondering if anyone came across this issue.

    Any help would be highly appreciated. I am having lots of issues finding right information on this new forum. I am not even sure if I posted this in the right group.

    Found the problem....

    Altiris Console-->View-->Solutions-->Patch Management-->Right Click 'Collections'-->Click Edit Item Link-->Select 'Resources-->Collections' in 'Tree:' and click OK.

    You will now be able to see your collections in Patch Management.
