    how to send notifications by email for the alerts of SLA? (warn and late)

    what workflow project containing this configuration?

    I found it this feature, but now I have another issue.

    I need send notifications ONLY to current assignment technician.

    In this moment, servicedesk send notifications to all people who had assigned the requirement

    What should I do?  indecision

    Hi,

     

    I tell you that there is no way to do it in the Flow Service Desk delivers notification to all the technicians who have executed an assignment on the incident.

    In the workflow look at the task assignments and which ones are active, filter the inactive task assignments out, create an email list of assignees with active tasks only.
