Notifications not being received

Any time a new forum discussion is started or a discussion is commented on, I do not receive an email notification. This started some time yesterday. It also briefly last week but didn't last very long.

Anyone having this issue?

I haven't had a Connect Community Digest update e-mail since 16:28 hrs yesterday (UK time)

I haven't gotten anything. This started Tuesday, I stopped getting notifications then all of a sudden got hit with a flood of them at once. Then stopped again and been quiet since.

Yep still same thing here....I don't get notified of new forum discussions/thread posts, etc.

Refresh button has been my friend frown

Me too - everything going back to 8th May has come in - taps have been turned back on!

I can confirm the same.  I had 80 emails waiting for me this morning.

Connect Etiquette: "Mark as Solution" those posts which resolve your problem, and give a thumbs up to useful comments, articles and downloads.

Weird thing is that I disabled notification before I left for Vision.

I have not re-enabled it but I am receiving notifications for new posts/comments.

I also got a *bunch* from the EV forums .. this morning. But have only had EVTC private forums since, nothing from the main EV forums.

Weird - I got THAT reply as a notification, but new forum posts and replies on the EV forum ... Nothing since early afternoon.

Check that your subscriptions are still active. When I first noticed this last week, I went in to double check and some were actually missing. I re-created and things started working again for a bit...was weird.

So I went to Notifications -> Subscriptions.

And then tried to filter on 'Connect Post in a Specific Forum'.. looked for active .. none, looked for blocked .. none, and looked for inactive .. none.

So I have no notifications for the forums (EV) ??

I did the same but looked for 'Groups' and I see that they're active. Which is why I'm still getting EVTC group related notifications.

If that is the cause ...  then:

a/ I wonder what / how it got removed?

b/ How do I add it back??

Hi guys.

Over the past couple of weeks we've been working on a server migration. One of the things that happened during this migration is that not all notifications migrated correctly--hence the original issue. We were able to fix that.

The other problem of being unsubscribed may or may not be related, but I am entering a ticket with the dev team to try and track that one down.

I still don't think I'm receiving the right level of notifications :(
