Is there a correct way to achieve this?

We have a mulitple Site Server environemnt which we are about to use Deployment Solution.

Our NS Server was made a Site Server in the beginning, but after some reading i feel this should be removed.

it this as simple as selecting the NS Site Server and choose to uninstall all the Services?

Just want ot make sure this wont affect any of the natural NS functionality?
