Ok just did a brand new install of NS 6 and although the whole install went ok, I cannot continue the config through the webpage as I cannot see the page.  Getting error:

The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

I've checked, IIS is running and it is using ASP net 1, not 2.  Anyone have any idea what it might be?  It's been at least 5 yrs since I've configured an NS and cannot remember running into this problem before.

Ok it was obviously an Isapi Filter issue.  I have the NSRedirect filter but it has a down red arrow.  I've tried removing and readding to no avail, continues to stay red.  Error in event log is: Could not load all ISAPI filters for site/service.  Therefore startup aborted.
I then followed Article ID: 3058  Added expire entry to the registry and ran a repair.  Everything seems ok now.  Not sure if the key was just to repair but up and running now.
