    If I enable options "Purge managed computers reporting to this NS, which have not reported data for" and "Delete the computers and all associated data from the database" from NS server and computer is purged from NS database, does NS server send NSAgent uninstall command for workstation before deleting it from database?

    No, it doesn't. It simply removes the client from the database. If the machine is still active, or comes on-line with a valid agent, it will re-register (usually) with the server.
