  • 1.  NS7- Add OR Remove Program Data Not Show

    I use Task get Data Software from Add OR Remove Software at computer cilent.Task send status success but I look software manage or database dataclasses Inv_AddRemoveProgram don't show data. I used Symantec Management Platform 7 SP4 and Inventory Solution SP2 Version  7.0.1218.

    I know that this issue of what and how to do.

    I'm sorry, what task did you use?  There is not a 'Get Data Software' task.  Please respond back with the exact task name in English.  Did you use a Collect Inventory task that you told to only collect software information?
