My case In NS7 Software management solution is :

When test user login on OS with Altiris Agent then automatically policy start and install him test.msi package.

I create Managed Software Delivery Policy from wizard, in field schedule I select :
Start: When user logs on
Policy is active.

I login on windows 2003 with test user in agent menu in software delivery I see this policy is active but hi have some action :
Detection
Download
Execution

Package is ready to download but detection not detect login test user. And nothing do ;/
I re login but nothing change.

I do the same procedure to the same user test on Windows XP and this work ok login user is detect and so on.

How check why policy not detect login user.
All work is in AD
Any suggestion
