Client Management Suite

Hi guys,

My webconsole crashed and cannot find any error in the logs to fix it.

I suspect it's an iis thing but i don't know enough to fix it...

Has anyone else seen this before?

Should i run a repair?

1) Restart IIS services: iisreset

2) Verify if you have some error message at Application or System Event Log.

This is not Altiris error. Recall changes you have made recently ... It it was working before than it is worth checking.

Confirm internet connection, run antivirus/malware scan, run IE with no add-ons, ensure you're using IE8 32-bit, etc.  And of course check the server.
