NTFS to Celerra Migrator utility or generic partition migration utlility?

is there any utlity for migrating ntfs or network share partitions to celerra ... something like the NTFS to Centera Migrator utility?

or any generic utility for migrating partitions from source to destination ? or any best practice document , out there?

the celerra has its own dedup and worm functionality (celerra could be selected from the new ptn dialog as destination ... not just network share) ... changing the location in the db, does not address the special device functionality
