NTP logging possible blocked dns requests

Created: 24 Oct 2012 | 4 comments

On a client computer I am seeing logged "blocked" entries for two dns addresses for each browser access to the internet. The access to the internet is made, but first connection is very slow.

The dns ip addresses, first one is a local domain server, the other an outside server, both are showing blocked, port 0.  EPP firewall is checked for allowing dns.

Anyone have any thoughts of what I am seeing?

Do you have the option "Enable Smart DNS" checked in your Firewall policy?

Yes, Enable Smart DNS is checked.

See attached log. 192.168.33.217 and 8.8.8.8 are the issues.
