We recently migrated to NS 7.1 SP1, and are in the process of upgrading clients from NS 6 to 7, while in the course of validation, if agents and plugins are installing correctly - i've come across the above mentioned error (Title) on the NS 7 box itself - where inventory tasks on the agent are constantly failing. I tried to search the community and the KB for any possible solution to re-registed the plugin ( I see it listed in the install path). Below is the exact error and screenshots attached

i ran into an article on KB, http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH143896 but the solution does not seem to work..
any other way that i re-register the inventory plugin of the agent on the NS box?
