    Hi,

    After upgrading to SEPM 12.1. Ru6 we are unable to delete 12.1 Ru5 client package from client groups.receivinf below error

    "The object cannot be found"

    You need to conatct symantec support.They will be provide old sep package removal tool.

    Have you tried manually deleting?

    Yes I tried manually deleting but same error.I had created a case with symantec they asked for dbvalidator.log file and i have submitted the same to them waiting for the response from Symantec Tech.

    I meant from where the files actually reside....

    If you have a case open, I would follow their lead though...

    Hi Brain,

    Could you pls suggest me from which location i have to delete.I tried to remove from Install packages in Admin.

    C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\ClientPackages

    But again, I would wait for support as this may not be a supported method.
