  • 1.  Obtain copy of SGMI

    Hi,

    Sadly we have lost our disc accompanying our Symantec Gateway Security 1620. Any ideas on how to obtain a copy of the SGMI software?

     

    I have been searching the symantec website, without any luck. According product listing on fileconnect this software is not available in fileconnect.

    Hi,  

     

    If I remember correctly, you should be ablle to download the JRE and SGMI by just connecting to the appliance on https://<ipaddress>:2456

    You don't need to download anything else from any other place.

    Also, make sure you remove any SGMI traces from Add/remove programs on the Windows machine you are using to connect to the SGS.
