Office 2007 help files error

After creating a Microsoft Office 2007 SVS layer and distributing it, we have run into a weird problem with the help files. The first time you activate help from eks. Excel or Word there is no problem. Opening help after that doesnt work, and we get this error: "There is a problem with one or more of the installed Help files. Please
repair your Office installation and try again."
It doesnt matter if it is Word help or Excel that is opened first. After the first help open, it wont work in any Office 2007 program.
If we reset the layer, then help can be opened 1 time again.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone have any clues to a solution?

Office 2007 and issues

One more thing you may not be aware of is add-on problems. If you have users that use a lot of office add-on's you will fine all kinds of problems with office 2007 virtualized. What we found is we would get a add-on to work, and then all of a sudden it was not working anymore. Reset the layer and it would be fine again. Also, mailto links have some issues and so does clip art. I still use it, howerver we ended up having to pull Office 2007 off of most of our users machines.

I'm not sure what causes

I'm not sure what causes the problem with the clip art organizer but the Mailto issue, as stated in my article, is a short file name problem. Installing office 2007 to "Office 2007" instead of "Microsoft Office" resolves this issue.
