Here http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH198394 I see that Office 365 is not compatible with SEP 12.1.2 and earlier.

But in the 12.1.3 specs, in the list of supported versions I see: Supported for Microsoft Outlook 98/2000/2002/2003/2007/2010

So, at the moment, Office 365 is not yet supported. Is this correct?

Other concerns for other Office 365 products?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

When Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Office 13 are installed with SEP 12.1.2 and earlier versions of SEP, disable the Outlook Plug-in.

    Check this Article:

Microsoft Outlook 365 stops working with Symantec Endpoint Protection client and Outlook add-in installed

    Hope that helps!!

As you've found, it doesn't appear to be supported, and I'm not aware of any current issues with the rest of the Office 365 portfolio (can't see any further hits on a quick search of the SEP KB).

On a security related note, it's worth mentiining that Symantec.Cloud (fomerly MessageLabs) does provide integration and support for outlook.com and office 365 for mail scanning (as well as archiving as it goes).  Have you considered this?
