Hi there, In a short while we are moving one of our offices to a new location. Our main SEPM is located in our private cloud so that wont be moving, one failover SEPM is in this location so i think i will add it again to the site if its on the new location. The clients for this office will move and will also get another ip, im wondering what will happen to the clients in the SEPM. Will they dissapear from SEPM and signup again when placed on the new location automatically? Thanks, Levd

    Hello,

each SEP agent is identified by a unique and static ID, not by its IP address which can be dynamic.

Thus, they will simply register to the SEPMs as always done, they won't disappear and the clients' details will be updated with the new IP addresses.

Nothing :) they will continue to report as normal. Getting a new IP does not affect comms with the SEPM
