  • 1.  Offline Agent Installation

    I have a workstation that I'd like to install the IT Management Suite agent on, but it's not currently connected to our network.  Is it possible to install the agent offline so that when the workstation does connect to the network it's ready to go?

    Download the altiris agent setup and install manually

    I believe the configserver process needs to be able to connect to the ns specified by the ns= parameter.
