I have enabled offline vault for a user, and it seems to be finished, downloaded 5 GBs. Yet I have this error in the client log very much times:

Unable to obtain content disposition from retrieved data: 12150 is generated when retrieving a message.

Now when the user tries to open an archived item, he just gets the shortcut, not the original mail, without any error. It worked before enabling offline vault.

I have found this article: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/324307.htm. It did not help, because the download format is already MSG.

Can you help? Thanks!
