old definitions often show in pc clients

Hiii,..

 

i wanna ask to you about this problem,

when i check content update SAV 10 in clients by console , I often find error update (old definitions) on the client computer but the client is still connecting to the server. so, i always reinstall symantec when i met this problem

maybe you have solution about my problem.

Please check the connectivity of the server and clients..for any communication problem.

what is the SAV version?

can you copy the grc.dat from server on to the client and check if it communicates and updates?

You must have plan of migration at this point.

Please plan the migration to SEP 12.1 in the near future. SEP 12.1 is the latest Antivirus built by Symantec.
