    try this

    1. Select the Admin tab.
    2. Select Servers.
    3. In the Servers pane, expand Local Site branch.
    4. Expand the Replication Partners branch.
    5. Right-click on the replication partner.
    6. You will now see the option to Cancel Replication.

can you restart the SEPM box and then try deleting it.

note deleting the remote site will make these machines as standalone. and they cannot be added as replication partner.

Are you getting an error when trying to delete?

    Hi,

Has the replication completed successfully and old server entry is still there?

SQL database is located on SEPM installed machine or at remote location?
