Hello,
One of my customer purchase 2 PGP Desktop Prof license, one in Jan and the other in March. When he register the license, we notice that they have the same license key. Is it how its supposed to be? I believe there should be different license keys for each license.
Thanks

Hi , I have a pc that crashed today and we are preparing a new one but I can't install PGP cause the license is already been use by the pc that crashed . How can I release that license and use it on the new pc ?
Thanks for helping me .
Have you tried using the license again? Unless this has changed recently, traditionally PGP could be re-installed in this manner with the same license and you were only required to discontinue use of the license on the other machine. The exception was if there was a history of the license already being re-used.
Nice one; good to see that Symantec are using premium rate phone numbers that cost a fortune to call. Where's the email?
The good news is for the UK, the premium rate number maps to 0118 918 8910
