One schedule job does not run, it seems to be fail to update "assigned computers = 0". Anyone know how to update it?
BTW, this application can run the backup now?

What version are you running, NS6 or NS7?  Are you running a job, or is this really a task or policy?  What is the job, task, or policy designed to do?  What did you assign the job, task, or policy to -- what filter or what collection?  Did this used to work?  What backup are you referring to that it would run?

What version are you running, NS6 or NS7?
    NS7

Are you running a job, or is this really a task or policy?
    policy

What is the job, task, or policy designed to do?
    schedule backup

What did you assign the job, task, or policy to -- what filter or what collection?
    filter to designate server

    Did this used to work?
Yes, but sometimes the new policy need 1 days to accepted and start to run  .
Edit backup policy -->the bottom backup status do show any record. Sometimes it will be appeared.

What backup are you referring to that it would run?
Schedule to run on every Sat.

Sorry, I am the beginner to use the NS7.  I would like to capture screen, but this forum seems to be fail to attach.
How can the policy update immediately?
How can I start to run the backup now (no need to schedule)?

Is this for BackupExec?  You may want to post this in the BackupExec forum.

In the meanwhile, what filter are you using to tell the NS that it's servers you want to target?

Try going to Manage > Filters and viewing the filter to see it's membership.  Are 0 computers members?  Try clicking Update Membership.  Are there still 0 computers as members?  If so, try going to Settings > Notification Server > Resource Membership Update and forcing a Complete update to run.  After it completes (you'll receive confirmation on-screen), does the filter have members?  What if you click Update Membership on the filter -- are there members now?
