Online Backup can't browse files

Hi

I can't browse my files from SPN's Online Backup. It simly shows directory named "Local Volumes" which is not expandable.

1)Event log was clean(no errors or warnings)
2)I received this error: "Unable to retrieve file system information the agent or the system queried may not be running"
3)According to this post(https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/una...) there should be 3 windows services running:
Symantec Protection Network Backup Agent
Symantec Protection Network Communications Manager
Symantec Protection Network Platform Agent Administrator
4)Near the computer I want to backup I see this message "Online backup currently has no backup job policy"

I am missing "Symantec Protection Network Communications Manager" service from my list. Is it ok? If this is not ok, then reinstallation did not fix it for me.
