only new user can pass MD5 challenge

now i do lan enforce mode,SEPM MR4 sercer,IAS server,DC server,win xp.
when i input an active account in MD5 challenge window,the log of IAS warning:username is not exist or password is error.
i new a user,and logon on.it's passed in IAS log.
who has experience about this case,please help me,thanks
