Only online clients show in notification.

Issue: virus def notification has changed, now only online clients show in notification. Prior to upgrading to RU7 online and offline clients would show in the notification.
The report pulled from the "Reports tab" only consists of the number of clients that are offline , tried the following steps but still did not show the offline clients report.
" Under 'Computer Status' report type, choose 'Client Online Status' report.
Choose 'Client Status' as 'Offline' in Advanced Settings.
Pull this report to find the clients which are offline."
Also the Computer Status log from the Monitors tab doesn’t have the last check-in information.
Kindly let me know a method on how to find the list of computers that are offline.

The solution says this issue has been fixed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 Release Update 7 (RU7). but I already run RU7

what version are you using
what version are you using now? and also what time frame you selected while pulling the report, make sure its atleast a week's report.

Product & Version : 11.0.7000 and the time frame is for a week and I have also tried with one month, Still no Go

Report Type: Computers Status
Select a Report: Computers not recently update
I'm a little unclear as to what exactly you're looking for, but the above report will give you a list by computer name of the clients that have not recently updated, along with their last check in.
