OOB Service Configuration Errors

I am trying to configure the OOB Site Service. I need to change the SQL server that the database is on. When I change the settings I need and hit save changes I get a Red X with only the error Failed to save configuration.
What log file can I look at to view more details?
This is NS7/Dell Management Console.

I see that this error is shown when an exception happens. There should a line logged to debug output with the exception text. to see that you need to run on the server the DebugView app ( you can download it from microsoft ). make sure Capture Win32 and global are checked in the Capture menu.
The needed line in the debug output can be identified by the following words: "Web page: exception "
