Workflow Soluiton

 I would like to open a specific file location when the user clicks a link on a web form.  I want it to open in a file explorer, not the browser.  This way a person can upload/download 10 or 100 files at a time without having to pick them individually.

I used to be able to do this (in version 6.0) by simply writing the folder address as the link (\\servername\shared-drive\folder).  The new link format does not seem to allow this anymore.  Anyone know if it is still possible?

Can you tell us which operating system(s) you are working with, as each version of windows has different default security settings which may impact on this.

Workflow is hosted on Windows 2003 Standard, and all users connect from Windows XP Pro clients.
