Open Incident by Email and Store EML file

I am using mail monitor project to create and open new incidents.

 

Exist any way to store the email  message as eml file and attached in the incident?

Hi, .EML is only an Outlook

Hi,

.EML is only an Outlook extension and created by outlook to store the content on the email.

I would use a HTML merge component to merge all the data then save that information to a .html file.

That way you dont need outlook to open the file and you can format the html as you wish.
