This issue has been solved. See solution.

We've upgraded to 80SP4 wednesday evening. This went well. We now have in that status monitor and in the eventviewer:
event 41261:
It is more than 2 days since backup or replication was detected for one or more open partitions.

Open partitions not scanned: 1
Total open partitions: 2

Why is it not scanning all open partitions. Each open partition on a seperate server (seperate stores, seperate partitions)

Anyone?

Right click on it and have it

Hi Liam,

Rightclick on what?
When rightclicking on the Status I can do a rerun all checks. (which I did, same result)

It is more than 2 days since backup or replication was detected for one or more open partitions.

Open partitions with unsecured items scanned: 1
Total open partitions: 2

List of partitions:
    Partition Name
