  • 1.  opening file in Ghost Explorer freezes at 11%

    I have a ghost image that is 3 partitions and spans 29 files.  When I try to open it with Ghost Explorer 8.2.0.1117 it loads the first 2 partitions just fine and then it starts the 3rd partition and gets to 11% and freezes.  I have tried the -ignoreindex flag but it still stops at 11%.  Also will this file be able to be opened with Norton Ghost 12.0 ?  Are there any other switches I can use with Ghost Explorer?

    Norton Ghost 12 doesn't have any tools at all for working with Ghost images; it's a completely unrelated product to classic Ghost, made by a completely different team. There are updated tools as part of Ghost Solution Suite, however.

    That problem with Explorer doesn't sound like anything I'm familiar with but if you drop me a line at nigel dot bree at gmail dot com I'll try and arrange for you to try some debug code.
