  • 1.  Opening HTML files from a Netshare folder on Sharepoint

    HTML files are not being decrypted when we open them from a folder on sharepoint that is protected by Netshare.

    This is true whether or not we check them out first or if we try and open them from on explorer view

    Is this a known problem?

    We can open other type of documents either without problems ( Office documents) or we have work rounds for pdfs, .msg and .txt files which we check out first before opening. 

    We are on Netshare 10.0. Sharepoint version 2007. Running on a windows 7 machine with IE 8

    Several issues have been fixed in next releases. Consider PGP 10.0 is a couple of years old.

    Please go to fileconnect.symantec.com and download latest version 10.2.1
