    We are using Netshare 10.0 and ACrobat reader version X.

     

    When we open a pdf document whihc is in a non encrypted folder it works fine.

    When we try and open a pdf from an encrypted folder we get an error message saying file does not begin with %PDF-

    If we check the file out then open it there are no problems.

    Is this a known problem and is there a solution/work round?
