Ops Center 7.5 - Can't open WebUI Logon

I have a newly installed Netbackup Ops Center server 7.5 that I cannot open the web console on.  When opening the WebUI Login shortcut I get the following error in Internet Explorer 9:

          HTTP Status 404 - /opscenter/

          type Status report

          message /opscenter/

          description The requested resource (/opscenter/) is not available

 

Any assistance on this would be appreciated.

Are you running Ops Center on a physical server or a VM? I had this problem recently while running in a VM. The Symantec Opps Center Service wouldn't start. I increased the amount of memory allocated to the VM, A reboot of the VM, the service started and the problem went away.

  Please check with below points once you confirm that all services are running 

 

1) Try different browser

2) Check if the default ports are available to connect to GUI

 

Reinstalling Java would be worth to try depending upon the error you seen in GUI / WEBSERVER logs

Did you check if services on Opscenter and Opscenetr database are run?
