OPS is not updating to 7.0.1 from 7.0

Hi All,
We have NEtbackup 7.0.1 over Win 2008 R2 Ent(64bit)(Media and Master server were in th esame server).
I have upgraded the Netbackup 7.0 to 7.0.1, after that the ops center is not generatin/getting the reports frommaster/media server.
I is showing partial connected. I have upgraded to OPS center 7.0 to 7.0.1.
After upgrading the ops center is not showing to 7.0.1.
I have checked the Control panel where still it is showing the 7.0.
I then tried to update the patch once again and found a the installation summery (before installation) that the previous version is 7.0.1 and update version is also 7.0.1.

Did you
Take opscenter down before the upgrade, or bounce it after the upgrade?
I don't have to know how to spell....I work on Unix.

All the reports were comming as used to be.

I must admit one things tthat after the update it takes some time to upgrade to 7.0.1 and all reports.
I was having some problem with the mail sending , which is also resolve(Unable to send CC mail along with the To, while sending report through mail).
Thank you very mush to alll of you guys.
