OpsCenter collect data issue for Capacity Licensing report
I run Capacity Licensing report and get the following result. I use NBU7.1 and Opscenter 7.1. Not agent installated as Admin doc said. But...
How should I fix it ?

Master Server Status Last Exception
master.domain.com Failed Opscenter Agent is not connected
Check the following conditions to correct the problems.
1.Verify that data collection has been enabled for the master servers. [Go to Setting -> Configuration -> NetBackup -> Select specific master server -> Edit].
2.Verify the services are running on the master servers.
But Under Web portal data collection status shows all info. could be retrieved except subjobs.

Agent is requied for report on Licensing
You need an agent if you want report on Capacity LIcensing .There is no need for agent to collec tdata from Netbackup 7.x Master srever but Licensing is a special category .This will be continue in Opscenter7.5 where Traditional Licensing report is also introduced.

1 To generate the Capacity Licensing report it is mandatory to enable License
Deployment data collection and to configure an agent. The Settings tab helps
you to enable them. Select Settings > Configuration > NetBackup
