OpsCenter schedules not running

This issue has been solved. See solution.

New installation of OpsCenter.  Copied everything from the old server.  Reports and schedules are identical.  Verified manual export of report to email.  Scheduled report email is not running.

 

Schedules are enabled

Services have been restarted multiple time.

For some reason it didn't like the first time schedules I made for weekdays.  Made them for everyday and it worked fine.  No idea why.
