Oracle Backup??(urgent)

Hi All;

Is there any configuration of Oracle RMAN necessary for backing up Oracle Database using backup Exec 11d remote agent for Oracle?

The backup and Restore jobs are successfull but nothing is restored!!!

This is going to be the best place to start with configuring Backup Exec to work with Oracle.

Thanks,

I have contacted symantec support recently. they told me to specify a point in time for Oracle restore (not to the most recent available) under recovery options for oracle. I did what they said and it worked successfully. I really don't know why nothing is recovered when I use the default setting "to the most recent available" but anyway it worked.
