"Oracle extension" vs. "NetBackup for Oracle" license key

If I have an "Oracle extension" license key, does this mean I have a "NetBackup for Oracle" license key ?

Which version of NBU?
What is exact description on your license key certificate?
Individual database license keys no longer exist. All agents (except for SAP) asre now covered under Application and Database Pack license.
