Trying to setup Oracle database for SDLP 11.6. Install guide required me to install the Oracle Critical Patch Update. Logging on to Oracle web-site is successful, but when I'm trying to follow the link with the database update, or any other link - getting th error message:

    Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.

    Thoughts?

Are you getting that patch from Oracle or Symantec? Symantec supports particular patches and has them available (along with instructions for installation) within File Connect. Is that what you're using?

Trying to get from Oracle. Should I set up some special filters for the DLP sw a Fileconnect to make Oracle CPU available?

Update: found Oracle_11.2.0.3.0_CPU2012JUL_Win64.zip on Fileconnect. Thanx!
