    Hi all,

    please advice when running this command thru CMD prompt

    @oracle_create_user.sql   = it says not connected

     

    don't know what happen. or what to do with this.

    have you connected to SQLplus using Protect?

    did you use any other username?

    is there error message that can be shared as screen capture?

     can you provide us the full command that you are using ? which account are you using to connect to DB ?

    seems to be caused by your tnsnames.ora file which is wrong. check if it looks fine or ask a dba if you have one available.

    can you check with the DB team if the password of protect has been changed?
